Happy Manifestation Monday! Today’s topic on living life as your future self is something that I’ve been practicing recently and I found amazing results with!
The concept of becoming the future self that you want to be is simple. Practicing it and making it a reality – not so much.
Living Life as Your Future Self to Manifest
As you already know, the secret to manifesting any desire is to act as if it has already happened.
This applies to everything from manifesting a home, car, job, relationship or a specific way of being.
Applying this concept in real life can be challenging for many reasons.
When we are conditioned in a certain way, we continue to think, feel and act out of this wired program.
Even when we know that this way of being is not our authentic self and that it’s simply a program, living out of a different vibration can be challenging most of the time.
Become Aware of Your Thoughts, Feelings and Actions
Of course the first step to change our thoughts, feelings and actions is to bring awareness to them.
So, let’s say you feel that you are not good enough, you must keep reminding yourself each time that this is just a program, that it’s far from the truth and then you let it go.
Acknowledging the limiting thoughts and beliefs before letting them go is an important step.
The thing is, being aware of your thoughts and constantly changing them can work wonders.
At the same time, it takes a person with a very high sense of awareness to do this. And it takes practice and time.

Use Meditation to Manifest
Using meditation to get you there with ease.
Each morning, during your meditation, think of the feelings that you will have once you are that future version of you.
Will you feel empowered? motivated? content? peaceful? resilient? full of joy and happiness?
Start activating these emotions during your daily meditation practice and feel as if you already embody them.
When you truly believe that you are already that future self, miracles happen!
So, starting tomorrow, during your meditation, think of yourself as limitless, powerful beyond measure and confident and watch what happens!
Think of what you are currently struggling with in your life and use that as a guide for what your future self meditation should be focused on.
For example, I was raised by parents that keep telling me that I’m not good enough.
In my meditation, I focus on these thoughts: I am confident, I am more than enough, I am a goddess, I am worthy of love and connection, I am a priority in my life and that is reflected in all of my relationships. I attract only the best. I am a queen.
Be creative and think of the feelings that you want to have as your future self.
