A bohemian soul, a knowledge seeker, an eternal optimist, a writer, a wellness blogger, a conversationalist, a soul searcher and an NLP Certified Manifestation Life Coach.
Throughout my entire life, three elements are always present:
– I’m on an endless journey of personal development and spiritual growth.
– I can manage to stay positive, giving and productive no matter what circumstances I’m confronted with.
– I am constantly co-creating my reality in alignment with the Universe and its magic.
Those who are close to me describe me as someone who is always smiling and emitting positive vibes and good energy.
Does this mean that I had things easy or I didn’t struggle? This is far from the truth. In fact, I can say that I had a challenging life and an interesting past. This life happened FOR me – as life always does.
Everything that I’ve experienced and continue to experience is part of my journey to becoming the person who I was born to be.
Join me in my inspirational Saudi Diva journey and let me support you in manifesting your dream reality.
“Some people will only love you if you fit inside their box. Don’t be afraid to disappoint.”
With every passing day, I learn to trust the process of the Universe even more. When you believe that everything (including the negative situations) is happening for you, you start to let life flow through you and you stop resisting the natural process. If you tap into your intuition and higher self, life gets so much easier. When you are grateful for the blessings that you already have, you attract abundance. As you focus on what you want and consistently make choices that are in alignment with your desire, miracles happen.
It all begins with a shift in your mindset. You are capable of transforming yourself, your energy and your entire reality. With my personal experience, guidance and the use of some powerful tips and tools, I can empower you to create the life that you want and to become the person who you were truly born to be.
Which part of Saudi Arabia are you from?
I grew up in Al Khobar, a city in the Eastern part of the country. It’s a cosmopolitan city close to Bahrain. As a resident of Al Khobar, I used to visit Bahrain on most weekends and I even got my first University degree from there.
When did you leave home?
I’ve lived in Al Khobar until I was 29 and I left to study in Europe at age 18 and then I was living between Al Khobar and Bahrain while completing a University degree in Business Information Systems. I left home for good in the summer of 2009 – I was 29 years old.
How many languages do you speak?
I speak, read and write both Arabic and English fluently. When I think, I think in English. When I was in school, my friends and I would use English and Arabic words simultaneously based on what we were trying to say – I think I still do this in my head 🙂
How long have you been blogging for?
I started writing my first Saudi Diva blog in September of 2012. It was more of a personal blog and then it evolved into many diverse topics. The topics on my blog continue to evolve as I do.
What do you do for fun?
I love attending wellness retreats in Bali and Tuscany. When I have free time during weekdays, I spend it meditating at home, listening to mantra music, reading personal growth books and going for mindful walks in the neighborhood.
On weekends, I try to dedicate one day for recharging my energy and self-care. So I enjoy visiting the spa or beach or simply staying at home and focusing my energy within. The other day is spent making plans for the week ahead, testing new vegan recipes and joining heart-opening online ecstatic dance sessions.
