Do you find it challenging to trust the manifestation process?
I’m writing this post after asking my Instagram community what topic they needed help with. And because it’s something that I know many of you struggle with.
It’s the fact that you find it difficult to trust that your dream life or partner is on the way when there’s no evidence.
Basics of the Law of Attraction
Let’s go over the basics to make sure that we’re on the same page.
The first step in the manifestation process is setting a clear intention. So you need to be crystal clear on your dream life or man.
Once you have clarity, you can start scripting, visualizing and talking about your dream life or partner. I have a blog post with valuable tips on what to avoid and how to script your soul mate dream life here.
The next step – which I’m assuming most of my community are having difficulty with – is letting go, trusting and following the signs by taking inspired action.
Let me explain why this step is the most challenging for most of us.
Your Conditioning is Standing in your Way
Most of us were conditioned to be mind-identified, educated, successful and career-oriented.
What this means is that we start to live from a place which is disconnected from our intuition and heart space.
With the law of attraction, following the signs is super important and it’s the major part of getting closer to your dream life or man!
When you’re constantly seeing signs and evidence that your dream life or man is on its way to you, manifestation becomes so exciting and fun! it becomes so exciting that you forget about the desire and just enjoy following the signs and taking the next inspired step.
What you can Do Now to Tune into your Intuition

Basically you need to start doing rituals that help you connect to your body and step out of your mind.
As long as you’re living from a mind-identified space, manifestation will be super challenging for you.
Start with daily meditation and see how that shifts your day and attracts synchronicity.
Then, add other rituals that feel good to you like dancing or going for long walks.
