Relax: Embrace the Fact that Life is Always Changing and Evolving

This morning, I had another powerful synchronicity show up for me. If you still didn’t, read this recent blog post to learn how to manifest clues and signs about your intention.

It feels so good when these coincidences show up for two reasons:

  1. It’s evidence that my desire is getting closer.
  2. It’s evidence that I’m on the right path and am in the right place and vibration.

Let me share the story to inspire you to switch things up and manifest clues and signs about your dream life and person.

Since Thursdays is usually my grocery shopping day when I get supplies for the weekend, I always go and have coffee somewhere before my shopping.

This week, my intuition was telling me to go to a different spot than the one I’ve been going to for the past two or three weeks.

I didn’t know where I wanted to go instead. I just knew that I wanted to be in the same area as the grocery store.

So I ended choosing a spot which I haven’t been to in a year or so. Mainly because the last time I was there, the energy didn’t feel good.

I even spilled my iced coffee while opening my reusable cup. This happened right after I saw a lady staring at my handbag!

It felt like her bad energy transferred to my coffee cup and that’s what caused the coffee to be spilled all over the table!

So after that strange incident, I simply didn’t go back. I also didn’t like the service from one of the baristas. So the whole vibe wasn’t positive.

Fast forward to today, I decide to go there since it’s close to the supermarket where I do my weekly shopping.

What Led to the Synchronicity

There was construction work right in front of the building where that coffee shop is located.

That’s why the cab driver dropped me two buildings past that one and I walked for about five minutes. I honestly enjoyed it because I don’t walk as much as I used to now that it’s really hot outside.

This is an important step when manifesting clues and signs about your intention.

Taking a new route, shaking up your routine, visiting a new spot in town. All of these can help you manifest clues and signs.

When I reached the building where the cafe is located, I went to the washroom to wash my hands first.

Then, as I approached the door of the cafe, a couple were stepping outside and they were holding hands.

I didn’t get to see much but I felt that they were in love – that’s the energy that I got.

This was a powerful sign because I haven’t been to this cafe in a year and I now see a love message!

What was even more interesting was the fact that the Baristas were completely different than the ones from last year.

The guy was very friendly and professional. The lady was constantly wiping tables with the sanitizer as soon as someone left.

On top of that, there were a few people sat there. And they were all working on their laptops or talking quietly.

I felt like the entire atmosphere shifted in that cafe from exactly one year back!

My experience was so good that I stayed for two hours – researching stuff on my phone.

I also plan to go back on Sunday and take my laptop to get work done for my upcoming book project.

Life is Always Changing and Evolving

The main topic that I wanted to share today is about how you should accept life as it is.

Today, the noisy neighbors who used to occasionally play loud music until 3:00 am moved out!

They would host parties late at night and the last time, I called the building reception to make them stop. It’s a long story but basically they were extremely disrespectful and vulgar.

I’m so grateful that they moved out today after a year of living next door to me. I still have neighbors who are not so great on the other side – who just moved in – but I’ll leave this story for another blog post.

The reason that I’m sharing this story is to encourage you to always focus on gratitude when things are good.

And when you’re experiencing challenges or tough times, trust that they won’t last. Because that’s the nature of life.

Life is always changing and evolving. Nothing is permanent.

What’s interesting is that I just heard a loud bang as I was typing these lines – from the new neighbors.

In the past year and since I got back from my Bali trip in early March, I’ve had peace and quiet.

My previous neighbors were so civilized, respectful and decent. They were so quiet that even when they moved out – relocated to another country I believe – they didn’t make any noise.

They were the best neighbors anyone could wish for!

At that time, I used to spend most of my days at home. It was partly because of the pandemic but mostly because I was processing inner child therapy work.

Then, the new annoying neighbors moved in. And I was forced to spend more time working from cafes.

I now plan to spend three days a week next week working from cafes. Ever since the pandemic started, I used to work from home and I never took my laptop with me anywhere!

The point is that you want to learn how to accept life and embrace the ups and downs. The good times and the bad ones.

When things are not going great, look for the learning and the lesson.

For me, it’s a huge lesson in learning to accept. Accept life, my single life and everything that comes with it.

I must admit that I’m not good at accepting being single. Although I turn 41 on July 15, I still don’t embrace my single status.

I enjoy doing things alone, solo travel is my favorite thing in the world and freedom is my number one personal value.

But when it comes to accepting being single, I always had a hard time doing this.

I feel like it’s not ideal. It’s not what I prefer for myself. I’d rather not to be single. It’s just the way that my life unfolded.

Because of a toxic and traumatic childhood and upbringing, I had a lot of inner work to do.

It’s not like the healing or spiritual growth ends at one point. It’s always going to be a part of my life.

I actually believe that being in a relationship can help fast-track the healing and personal growth.

What are your thoughts about being single? do you accept it? are you at peace with it? do you like being single?
