It was a magical manifestation ritual and I truly feel like my desire has already been manifested.
Become an Energetic Match
Whatever the object or circumstance that you are working towards bringing into your reality, remember to act as if it has already happened.
An essential element when manifesting is letting go of attachment to the desire and overthinking about how it will manifest. This topic is covered in an earlier post, you can read it here.
Basically, you must learn to live your life and pretend that you are not concerned about the desire or having it. This is how you can release any resistance towards creating the object of desire.
A psychic explained this theory to me about three years ago. She advised me to not search for the man and said that my excessive “wanting” to have this circumstance is blocking it from appearing.
Another important tip to remember when manifesting is to act as if you already have it. This is a twofold thing:
- Be happy with your current situation and practice gratitude.
- Create the vibrational alignment and the space for the desire.
Practicing gratitude and appreciating the stage in life where you are is a magnet for abundance and positivity.
By simply embracing your current life situation and focusing on the good things that you have, you can attract more of this positivity.
Create the Vibrational Alignment
By vibrating at the same frequency of your desire, you can draw it into your life at a faster pace.
You can do this by first identifying the main feelings associated with your desire. When you have that desire manifested, how will you feel? start feeling that way NOW.
Decide on three core, simple feelings that you want to activate. For example, I want to manifest a life partner who makes me feel safe, cared for and loved unconditionally.
What I can do is activate those three feelings in order to create the vibrational alignment and be an energetic match to my desire.
I can do this by practicing self care, self love and self compassion. When I give myself all these things, I can tap into the vibration of the desire which I’m working to manifest.
To feel safe, I try to go to safe places and connect with those individuals who make me feel safe and cared for.
The key thing here is feelings. Focus on the ones which match your desire.
