Are you wondering what to do in Malta because you are planning a trip in the coming year?
Well, I have a superb recommendation for you to enjoy.
At the quiet end of Valletta’s Republic Street is Casa Rocca Piccola museum. I discovered it by walking down Republic Street and decided to go back and take the guided tour. They have tours on the hour and you can find out more from their website.
The guided tour which was in English, lasted for 45 minutes. The guide was friendly and he showed us around the 16th Century Palace and garden of a Maltese noble family.
Casa Rocca Piccola is considered a living museum because the noble family who owns the palace still live there part-time.
You can read more about the Maltese noble family here.
I truly enjoyed this tour and it was unique and special. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the museum tour. It is certainly a magical place that you should consider adding to your list of things to do and see.
