The last time I had poke bowl food in Dubai was at cozy Poke and Co in DIFC.
I was thrilled to discover equally fresh and great quality poke at a spot much closer to home!
Malolo Dubai is located conveniently in JLT – my neighborhood and they serve insanely fresh Poke, made with high grade tuna, salmon, fresh crab and shrimps.
For those of you who are not familiar with the brand, Malolo is a Beirut-based Poke bowl concept and they have branches in JLT and Business Bay. The JLT eatery is at the lake level of Fortune Tower buiding in Cluster C. You can find them right between the 7-11 store and Costa Coffee (a branch which I also just discovered on the day when I visited Malolo!).
Parking: AED 4 per hour (exclusive for Dubai plate numbers)
Metro Station: A five-minute walk from the JLT Metro Station (you can take the shortcut by Golositalia)
Their Business Bay store is located in Bay Square, Building 6, 1st floor.
I only visited the JLT spot. The supervisor informed me that the Business Bay restaurant is very spacious and neat.
Malolo JLT has been open since the first week of November and I wouldn’t have know about its existence if it weren’t for my curiosity to ask someone on Instagram for Dubai Poke bowl place recommendations.
The cool thing is that they deliver to JLT and the surrounding areas. They also pack their poke bowls with ice bars to keep them fresh and safe for consumption.
I truly enjoyed my customized poke bowl with both tuna and salmon. You can also mix your protein and sauces, which makes the poke bowl original and full of flavor!
