I actually haven’t written any new post since this one about being OK with not having your desire. You can read it here.
The truth is that since the weather in Dubai has become too hot for going outside during the day, my schedule is a little random these days.
I also don’t walk as much as I did in the cooler months, so I need to return to a fitness routine.
Basically, I’ve been trying to find ways to get groceries in the day by taking a cab to other stores.
I also go to the store near my place in the evenings. But that’s the main reason that I missed writing a blog yesterday. I was in a scattered mood after being out and having a wrap for lunch which didn’t sit well with my gut.
These days, I’m also starting to plan my Bali move admin to-do list. There are many things that I need to do before moving.
So that’s about me, tell me how are things with you? And what’s the weather like where you live?
Today’s blog post story is inspired by the last meetup event I hosted. Well, technically the one before the last.
A woman who showed up for that ladies night event I hosted said a statement that resonated with me.
When I shared with her that I’m moving to Bali and she showed interest in visiting me and seeing Bali, I said: “Yes, you can visit if you get the opportunity.”
She replied: “If we don’t get the opportunity, we create it.”
Her words summed up my life motto! I truly believe in creating our own opportunities in life and that’s what ultimately shapes our reality.
So if you’re at a crossroads in life and unsure what to do, just follow your intuition and take inspired action to make things happen.
Many times we forget that we are the powerful creators of our reality. And that our reality is simply a reflection of our inner world.
All creation starts with us. We must be brave and believe in ourselves a little more.
We all have fears and that’s normal. But we must not let these fears limit us and stop us from living to our biggest potential.
So wherever you are, start by taking inspired action and follow your gut feeling and intuition. That’s your compass.
I will keep this blog post short and write a new blog post on my other blog – Soul Collective.
Love,
Leela
